We offer a comprehensive range of die casting and gravity casting services, including mold design and manufacturing, aluminum alloy die casting, precision CNC machining, surface treatments (such as sandblasting, painting, and polishing), as well as product quality control and inspection.
Can you provide a quotation based on 3D drawings?
Certainly. We can provide a formal quotation once we receive your CAD files or editable 3D models. Please note that 2D drawings alone are not enough for the production of high-precision components.
We accept 3D CAD models from various design software, including SolidWorks (.sldprt), Pro/E (.prt), as well as universal file formats like IGES (.igs), STEP (.stp), ACIS (.sat) and Parasolid (.x_t).
Do you provide samples?
Yes, we provide samples for customers to assess the quality and performance of our products. The sample fee covers production and shipping costs and is calculated based on the order quantity and product complexity.
