Zhaoqing Hongtian Casting Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in precision aluminum alloy parts, covering high-pressure die casting, gravity casting and CNC machining.

With over 20 years of industry experience, we run three production bases in China and Vietnam, and have passed ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 certifications.

We own over 130 production devices and a professional R&D & engineering team of more than 600 staff. Our customized aluminum alloy products are widely applied in aerospace, automation, automotive, telecommunications, industrial equipment, robotics and many other industries, serving as a reliable supplier for global leading enterprises.

Zhaoqing Hongtian Casting Technology Co., Ltd. was formally established in Jindu Town, Gaoyao District, Zhaoqing City. It purchased die casting equipment and supporting testing auxiliary equipment for production, laying a solid foundation for the company in the field of precision electronic die casting manufacturing.

2005

The company successfully passed ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification and ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification, marking that the enterprise management and operation level has reached international standards.

2007

The company added CNC machining equipment and related testing auxiliary equipment, further expanding production capacity and improving the level of precision processing and quality control of products.

2008

Zhaoqing Hongtian Metal Co., Ltd. was formally established. It purchased gravity equipment and supporting testing auxiliary equipment for operation, realizing the diversified expansion of business areas.

2014

The company successfully passed IATF16949 Automotive Industry Quality Management System Certification, smoothly entering the field of automotive parts die casting and demonstrating the core competitiveness of the enterprise.

2021

The company laid out an overseas production base in Vietnam - Hongtian Vietnam Factory was officially put into production. It purchased die casting equipment，CNC machining equipment and related testing auxiliary equipment, achieving an important breakthrough in the global production layout.

Can you provide a quotation based on 3D drawings?

A:

Certainly. We can provide a formal quotation once we receive your CAD files or editable 3D models. Please note that 2D drawings alone are not enough for the production of high-precision components.

We accept 3D CAD models from various design software, including SolidWorks (.sldprt), Pro/E (.prt), as well as universal file formats like IGES (.igs), STEP (.stp), ACIS (.sat) and Parasolid (.x_t).

Do you provide samples?

A:

Yes, we provide samples for customers to assess the quality and performance of our products. The sample fee covers production and shipping costs and is calculated based on the order quantity and product complexity.
