We offer a comprehensive range of die casting and gravity casting services, including mold design and manufacturing, aluminum alloy die casting, precision CNC machining, surface treatments (such as sandblasting, painting, and polishing), as well as product quality control and inspection.

3. Can you provide a quotation based on 3D drawings？

Certainly. We can provide a formal quotation once we receive your CAD files or editable 3D models. Please note that 2D drawings alone are not enough for the production of high-precision components. We accept 3D CAD models from various design software, including SolidWorks (.sldprt), Pro/E (.prt), as well as universal file formats like IGES (.igs), STEP (.stp), ACIS (.sat) and Parasolid (.x_t).

4. Do you provide samples?

Yes, we provide samples for customers to assess the quality and performance of our products. The sample fee covers production and shipping costs and is calculated based on the order quantity and product complexity.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including T/T (bank transfer), Alipay, and credit card.

6. How do you conduct quality control?

We operate a complete quality control system that monitors the entire production process—from raw material sourcing, die casting and machining to final product inspection. For critical components, we strictly adhere to the requirements shown on technical drawings and your custom specifications. All customer designs and project data are treated as highly confidential. Only our qualified and trained engineers have access to handle and process your orders.

7. Do you accept small batch or prototype orders?

We accept small-batch orders; however, to secure more competitive pricing, we recommend placing larger quantity orders.

8. What information do I need to provide for customization?

In order for us to provide you with customized manufacturing services, we require the submission of detailed product drawings, technical specifications, and projected order quantities. Subsequent to the review of this information, we will issue a formal, accurate quotation and a detailed production plan.

9. What certifications does your company hold?

We have obtained IATF16949, ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications, complying with automotive industry supply standards. Third-party factory audit is available, and full traceability of quality control can be realized.
