New Energy Vehicle Motor Housing: Die Casting + 5-Axis CNC Precision Machining Solution
Customer Requirements:
A leading domestic new energy vehicle parts manufacturer requires high-performance aluminum alloy motor housing components. The key technical indicators include bearing hole coaxiality within 0.01 mm, sealing surface flatness controlled within 0.03 mm, and ultra-low roughness of Ra≤0.2 μm for key fitting surfaces. Meanwhile, the parts need to withstand long-term high-temperature and vibration working conditions, with strict requirements for structural stability and pressure resistance.
Solution:
Adopt ADC12 high-strength aluminum alloy integral die-casting forming to complete the overall hollow structure and heat dissipation groove molding at one time, reserving uniform finishing allowance for key positions. Equipped with professional fixture positioning, 5-axis linkage CNC one-time clamping and full-process machining is adopted to complete precision boring, drilling, tapping and finish milling of bearing holes and sealing surfaces. The surface is treated with hard anodizing to enhance high-temperature oxidation resistance and structural rigidity.

Results & Feedback:
Delivery: Custom die-cast aluminum motor housings, 5-axis CNC precision finished parts, complete dimensional precision test reports and mechanical performance test reports were delivered on schedule. All dimensional tolerances and surface indicators fully complied with customer drawing standards and automotive industry inspection specifications, with a product yield of 99.5%.
