Customer Requirements:
A professional industrial fluid control equipment manufacturer requires customized aluminum alloy precision valve bodies. The product has complex internal flow channel structures, requiring zero burrs in flow channels, hole position tolerance within ±0.02 mm, and assembly verticality and parallelism strictly controlled within 0.03 mm. In addition, the parts need to pass 500-hour salt spray test and have good fluid pressure resistance and sealing stability.
Solution:
Adopt precision aluminum alloy investment casting process to realize integral forming of complex internal flow channels and valve body outlines, ensuring smooth base of internal structures and reducing subsequent processing volume. Use 4-axis CNC machining center for targeted finishing of assembly holes, sealing end faces and thread structures, with independent program calibration for key tolerance positions. The surface is treated with electrophoretic anti-corrosion coating and precision deburring treatment to meet fluid control sealing and anti-corrosion standards.
Results & Feedback:
Delivery: Custom investment-cast valve body blanks, CNC precision finishing components, and complete salt spray test, dimensional inspection and sealing performance test reports were delivered as scheduled. All indicators met national industrial valve standards and customer customized technical requirements, with zero defective delivery.
