High-Precision LED Structural Components: Integrated Die Casting + CNC Solution
Customer Requirements:
A large listed LED display manufacturer in China requires high product precision, especially flatness and verticality within 0.1 mm. Stringent surface salt spray resistance requirements must also be satisfied.
Solution:
The components are integrally formed by aluminum alloy die-casting, combined with one-time 4-axis CNC machining to ensure stable product precision fully meeting drawing specifications. Black electrophoretic coating is adopted for surface treatment in accordance with the customer’s application requirements.

Delivery: Custom aluminum alloy die-cast LED display structural parts, CNC precision machined components, as well as complete salt spray test reports and dimensional inspection reports were delivered on schedule, with 100% compliance with acceptance standards.
