2500T Integrated Die-Casting Solution for Mass Production of NEV Transmission Housings
Customer Requirements:
For transmission products supplied to a major domestic new energy vehicle manufacturer, extremely high precision is required: flatness within 0.05 mm, positional tolerance within 0.1 mm, and aperture tolerance within 0.005 mm.
Solution:
Weighing 15 kg, the product is integrally formed via 2500T aluminum alloy die-casting, followed by one-setup 5-axis CNC machining to ensure stable precision fully compliant with drawing specifications. Aperture dimensions are 100% inspected using a pneumatic measuring instrument prior to delivery.

Results & Feedback:
Delivery: Custom 2500T integrally die-cast aluminum alloy transmission housings, 5-axis CNC precision machined components, complete inspection reports covering flatness, positional tolerance and aperture, as well as full pneumatic gauge inspection records were delivered on schedule, with 100% conformity to customer acceptance standards.
Customer Evaluation: "Product flatness is stably controlled within 0.05 mm, and positional tolerance and aperture precision fully meet drawing requirements. The 2500T integral die-casting process effectively improves structural strength, providing core assurance for the stable operation of the transmission."
Follow-up Cooperation: After three months of mass assembly and operation, the products showed no structural deformation or precision deviation. We have signed a long-term strategic cooperation agreement. With more than three years of mass production, the delivery volume of core die-cast components has exceeded 200,000 sets.
